Labels & Specialty Products Congratulates Anita Tyndall-Blendowski on her FTA Rising 20 Recognition.

St. Charles, IL – Congratulations to our very own Anita Tyndall-Blendowski, who has been named to the Flexographic Technical Association’s FTA Rising 20 Class of 2026.

Why Anita Earned a Spot in the FTA Rising 20

Anita began her time at L&SP working hands-on with our digital printing equipment and now leads a team that has grown from 4 to 14. As her responsibilities have grown, Anita has taken on projects that have improved our processes, strengthened our print consistency, and made our entire operation more efficient.

Building a Print Repeatability Program

Anita applied lessons she learned in her FIRST training to print fingerprinting project and worked alongside our quality team to develop a print repeatability program which was intended to protect consistent brand quality across products sold in major retail stores. That work demonstrated L&SP’s commitment and ability to deliver consistent results and helped lay the groundwork for a relationship that grew to include all of a customers’ printed work.

Anita also works closely with our suppliers and routinely holds an average of five supplier calls each week on process consistency and continued development, which in turn has led to significantly reduced set up times.

Sharing Our Approach Beyond the Plant

In 2025, Anita had the opportunity to speak on a Manufacturing Excellence Panel about L&SP’s developments during that year. The appearance gave her a forum beyond our facility to share L&SP’s approach to manufacturing and the practices that have helped to drive improvement.

What the FTA Rising 20 Honor Means for Our Team

Anita has made a significant difference not only in our processes, but in how our entire team works together. Her dedication, willingness to tackle challenges, and commitment to continuous improvement play an important role in L&SP’s continued success.

We are extremely proud to see Anita’s hard work recognized by the FTA, and we’re excited to see how she continues to lead our team and shape L&SP’s future.
