Although our flexographic presses often take more time to set up in comparison to digital label printing, the advantage is once it is set up, the output is incomparable. This makes large runs very cost effective. Flexographic label printing has a much lower unit or operating cost than its digital counterpart, however there is a higher fixed cost in the printing plates and the set up.

Once set up is complete the output of our Flexographic presses significantly outperform line speeds of digital label production. Along with the production output and lower unit cost, the capabilities with flexographic label printing are endless with our technology.
